PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI EXPLAINDIO VIDEO CREATOR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN KELAS VII SMP

Abstract

Development of learning Media using the Explaindio Video Creator application is an effort for students to feel more communicative between a teacher, student and the media used. In research media development today aims to produce a learning media product on a citizenship education subjects.

This type of research is a development study that uses a model of Borg and Gall developers.  The development procedure in this study consists of 5 steps: (1) planning, (2) Initial product development, (3) Product validation, (4) trial, (5) final product. The product validity test is done by 3 validators consisting of 2 media experts and 1 material expert. This product test was done to 30 students of grade VII SMP with a purpose to know practicality developed. The research instruments used are poll sheets, documentation and research formats.

Based on the results of the feasibility assessment by a media validator and the material validator, the results of the assessment by two media experts are categorized as Valid/good for use with the same number of assessments. The results of the assessment validation by 1 material expert is also categorized as Valid/good for use with the average expert of the material.
