Abstract
Developmentnlearning media by using application lectora inspire an effort to help students understand the message delivered learning materials. The research aims to produce instructional media as a medium of learning in accordance with the eligibility criteria of media, materials and effectively in class X SMK Negeri 1 Padang.This type of researchnis a research developmentnknown as the Research & Development (R&D). Development model used is a modified ASSURE development model. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Product development results were assessed by onenthe subject matter experts andntwo experts and the media Effectiveness test against students of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The subjects were students of class X in SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Data collector, validation sheets and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility assessment of subject matter expertskand expertscnamely media, obtain the material aspects of the validator average number of 4.4 with a valid category and media aspects of the validator I obtained a value of 4.10 and a validator II by 4.71 with a valid category. obtain the material aspects of the validator average of 4.8. From this value we can conclude that instructional media already "valid".
