The problems found in Digital Simulation (Simdig) class X Culinary subjects in SMK Negeri 9 Padang namely the teacher only apply a direct learning model, from reading or providing material that is prepared so students tend to be passive and less independent of the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Edmodo-assisted Discovery Learning model to Student Learning Outcomes in Class X Simdig Subjects of SMK Negeri 9 Padang. This type of research is quantitative with quasy experiment method. Based on the results of data analysis, the average value of the experimental class using Edmodo-assisted Discovery Learning model is 86.33 and the standard deviation (SD) is 7.49 while the average value in the control class is 78.24 and the standard deviation (SD) amounted to 6.57. Based on the calculation of chi square obtained χ2 arithmetic 13.3 while χ2 tables at the real level α 0.05 is 5.991. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Edmodo-assisted Discovery Learning model significantly influences student learning outcomes in simdig subjects in class X Culinary SMK Negeri 9 Padang.
