PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF DENGAN PANDUAN NARATOR PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS KELAS VIII SMP SEDERAJAT

Abstract
The development of interactive multimedia is carried out as an effort to solve learning problems where there is a lack of learning media used by teachers during the learning process. This type of research is research and development with the Hannafin and Peck model (needs analysis, design, development and implementation). The product validity test developed was carried out by three validators consisting of one material expert and two media experts. The product trial or practicality was carried out to the students of class VIII SMP with a total of 22 students to test the practicality of interactive multimedia products for the Social Sciences class VIII SMP that had been designed. Based on the results of the assessment of the material validators and media validators, the average material validation results were 97.6% categorized as "very appropriate", the validation results from media validators 1 obtained an average of 96% categorized as "very feasible" and media validators 2 obtained an average of 100% categorized as "very feasible". This interactive multimedia is said to be "very practical" based on the practicality test with an average score of 89%. Based on the results of the validity and practicality tests, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia of Social Science subjects for class VIII SMP that was developed is suitable for use in Social Science subjects for class VIII SMP.
