PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO TUTORIAL PADA MATA KULIAH KOMPUTER DAN SISTEM OPERASI DI JURUSAN KTP FIP UNP

Abstract
This study aims to produce video tutorial media products on computers and operating systems that are valid, practical, and effective. The type of research used is development research known as Research and Development (R&D), using the Borg and Gall development model. The development procedure in this study consisted of 5 stages, namely: Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Validation, Trial, and Final Product. The product validity test was carried out by 3 validators, namely 1 material expert validator and 2 media expert validators. Product trials were conducted on 20 students majoring in Educational Technology UNP with the aim of knowing the practicality and effectiveness of the products developed. The research instrument used is a questionnaire sheet, documentation, and assessment format. Based on the results of the validity assessment of 1 material expert validator and 2 media experts, the material and media have been categorized as "valid" but there are some minor revisions to the material and media. The results of the analysis of the practicality of learning media products are in the "Good or Practical" category. These results indicate that this product is effective and can be used. Based on the results of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests, it can be concluded that the resulting learning media is feasible so that it can be used in Computer and Operating Systems courses
