Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of using instructional video media on student learning outcomes in Theme 1 Save Living Creatures Integrated Science Class VI SDN 19 Batang Anai. Type of this research is a quasi-experimental with a population of all sixth grade students at SDN 19 Batang Anai for the academic year 2022/2023 which consists of two classes. The sample used was class VIA as the experimental class and VI B as the control class by using sampling technique namely total sampling. The instrument used for data collection is a question sheet and analyzed data using the normality b and the homogeneity test and a t-test was performed. The result is that there is a significant effect of the use of the median learning video on student learning outcomes in Theme 1 Save Living Creatures Integrated Science Content is higher than the learning outcomes of students who are taught without using instructional video media.
