Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas VII di SMP

Abstract

The development of learning media is carried out to problems in the learning process, with the existence of this learning media it is expected to help students in the learning process. This students aims to produce android-based learning media in natural science subjects for grade VII and to find out the validity and practicality of the developed method so that it is feasible to use. This type of research and development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall with research procedures namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, product revision, product cona test, product revision. The validation test was carried out by one media expert from the natural sciences subject and two media expert lecturers and the practicality test was carried out by 31 grade VII junior high school students. The results of material validation get an average value of 4,18 with the “very valid” category. The practicality test of 31 students got an average score of 4,40 in the “very practical” category. Based on the results above, it can be said that the learning media made are suitable for use in the learning process.
