Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in self-concept and student motivation to learn after participating in the PSDM Course in the Department of KTP FIP UNP. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study were 174 students of the KTP FIP UNP Department who had finished attending the Human Resource Development (PSDM) lecture in the July-December 2019 semester. The sampling technique random sampling, data collection tools were distributed online questionnaires and data analysis techniques used percentage techniques. The results showed (1) as many as 7% of students strongly agreed, 35% agreed, 42% quite agreed, 14% disagreed and 2% strongly disagreed with students' self-concept and learning motivation before attending PSDM lectures, (2) changes in self-concept and student learning motivation after taking the PSDM lecture shows that 41% students strongly agree, 39% agree, 10% quite agree, 7% disagree and 2% strongly disagree, (3) students' self-concept and learning motivation increase after attending lectures PSDM.
