Abstract
The problem in evaluating learning with using paper-based tests is the scoring process takes a long time. So, the results cannot be known directly. The same thing happened to the learning evaluation course. The implementation of the evaluation of learning outcomes in the learning evaluation course still used paper-based tests, so students have to wait to find out the test results. So, researchers conducted development by developing computer-based test questions using the “Kahoot!” application. This research was conducted with the aim that students could find out the results of the tests they were taking and could take the tests anywhere and anytime until the specified time limit. This research and development applied the ADDIE model which is carried out in five stages. The instruments used in this study were tests and questionnaires for student responses to the use of the “Kahoot!” Application. Analysis of the data obtained is divided into two types, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. The results of qualitative data are based on criticisms and suggestions presented by the validator to improve the question instruments. The results of the validation of the question instruments are in the category of “feasible to use with many revisions”, the results of the trial of the questions obtained 46 questions “valid”. Furthermore, the practicality test results are in the category of “quite practical” with a value of 3.80 and for the effectiveness test results Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.068 means “there is no influence between the tests using the application “Kahoot!” with tests using Google form”. But seen from the test results obtained by students with different treatments there are differences in grades so that this proves that this application is effectively used with signal provider requirements that are very supportive.
