Abstract

The implementations of ICT Guidance learning in Padang 31 Public Middle School is still  teacher centered where in the first hour, the teacher explains the material, and the last hour for practice. The lecture method still use of the teacher and the teacher has not applied an interesting learning model. The worksheet are still focused of the teacher. This research was conducted and the aim in determine student’s perceptions about the application of project based learning learning models. Research use a quantitatives descriptive to approach. This study uses data collection in the form to a questionnaire test of 15 questions. The type data of research in the forms of data from the distribution to student questionnaires and the source of the data is student perception. The data that has been obtained are analyzed using quantitative analysis. Showed to the result there the average results from the distribution of questionnaires with the assembling of the learning model based on project leraning, namely 90% were interpreted into the category of "Very Good". This students have a very good perceptions by means applying the project based learning model of teaching on ICT Guidance in SMP Negeri 31 Padang.
