Abstract

Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology is one of the majors in Padang State University that focuses on curriculum development and utilization of technology in education. One form of their utilization of technology is the number of results in the form of innovative work products that have been developed and produced by the students and require an online means to publicize the innovative work in the form of a website. This study aims to produce innovative work Websites valid, practical, and efficient in the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology.


This type of research is the research and development known as the Research & Development (R & D) by using a model of the development of a modified Borg and Gall. Research conducted in the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology. Products development assessed by one media expert and one of the experts in information systems as well as test the practicalities of the 30 students Padang State University. Subjects in this study were students of the State University of Padang. Data collection tool validation sheets and questionnaires.


The validity of the test results indicate that the product is eligible products are used, in order to obtain media aspects of the validator average of 4.09 with a valid category and for aspects of information systems validator earned an average of 4.72 with a very valid category, as well as for product trials aspects of the practicalities of products categorized as practical and efficient with an average number of 4.69 It can be concluded that the website's groundbreaking work of students majoring in Curriculum and Educational Technology developed have been valid, practical and efficient.
